how to reproduce

• go to the 4.8.0 or 4.7 demo.
• create a form with two pages and simple questions on each page
  (see screenshot)

The validate button is displayed directly on the first page, which is disturbing.

On the intranet charter the validate button is displayed although on page 2 (see screen capture)
