On the PDF document search service generally used on the home page in the right column :

1. rename the service view "Notes de service" to "Liste de documents" (just the label, the name of the XSL does not change "search-notes.xsl")
2. add the content view "Lien (page du document)" which allows access to the page which includes the content "pdf document" in full view
