      How to reproduce : 

      1 - Open query directory; update a query and set it a description and a documentation, click OK to validate : 

      2 - Edit same query and remove description and documentation, click OK to validate : 

      3 - Edit same query, frame is filled with old description and documentation whereas they have been emptied previously => KO
