      1. The URL field should be hidden if set in ametys_config
      2. The site field should never been asked but computed from the URL (see org.ametys.site.GetSiteAction)
      3. When the URL is set, and the site known, there should be a new "populations" field, only if there's more than one available. Populations should be listed in a dropdown
