Items with strong restrictions like <cms:cannot read-write-direction="write"/> can't be synchronized.

During a synchronization process, we should be able to update all attributes that need to be synchronized, ignoring restrictions on attributes.
Maybe the SCC configuration could add a parameter to define if we have to bypass the restrictions.

I did not make the test but it is probably the same at import (because we create then modify the content).
