Create a workflow function extension point for postEdition and postValidation

      It would be interesting to have a workflow function extension point : a generic workflow function could trigger a method in all classes implementing this extension point.
      This function could be made generic with parameters, triggering only classes implementing the extension point and declaring a specific parameter, like "post-edit" for the post-function in the "edit" action, "pre-delete" for the pre-function in the "delete" action, and so on.

          the goal is to make plugin deployment faster by simply dropping the jar instead of having to edit the workflow.xml
