For JDBC user directory, we want to be able to force a strengthed password.
The user directory have additional parameters:

• Force strength password
• and if it is checked:
  • choose min password length
  • should regexp amoung : at least 1 lowercase, at least 1 uppercase, at least 1 special caracter, at least 1 number, ....

If strength paswword is used on a UD, the password rules should be checked:

• on change password service
• on change password dialog from admin
