Critical Skin doc is using action 101 that was a projet action that create and put in step 3 (without validating attributes) with empty attributes.
Having a content in step 3 but not validated is a bad idea.
The purpose :
in skin doc, fo-edition.xsl:150 we should be able to put the default data to store
the format would be the same used when editing a content in the wizzard
we should add the action 101 with a editcontentfunction and a validatefunction
this value could also pre-init the edition form when displaying it
also there are labels in fo-edition.xsl:150 that should be i18n keys.
