Public calendar's events are not displayed

      All events from an ics public calendar are not displayed.

      To reproduce :

      => despite the fact that events exist in the remote calendar, no events at all are displayed.

          ICS size was higher than the limit set in the service. Increase this setting solved the issue

          maximum size was set to default size (61 440 bytes) while the ics from the link has 68 891 bytes. In that case, the ics file is not downloaded and parsed, and none of his events shall be displayed. Increase the maximum size to fix this error
